Georgia's Voice
Young women are dying to be heard.
A short film made for a campaign addressing the rising number of eating disorder deaths among young women in the UK. We worked with Georgia's mother in the aftermath of her daughter's death from anorexia, exploring the systemic gaps in care that Georgia experienced and the campaign that grew from that loss.
We spent several weeks building a relationship with the family before a camera appeared. The result is a film that sits with grief honestly, made with total care for the people who trusted us with it.

Our roots are in surf films, skate videos, documenting road trips and a fascination with telling stories. Long before Salt & Gorse existed as a company, there was simply a desire to document the world around us. The places we travelled, the people we met and the moments that felt worth remembering.
